Based out of the Seattle area, Eric is a licensed architect and project management leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex retail, hospitality, and commercial projects for nationally recognized brands across the United States and internationally. Throughout his career, Eric has led multidisciplinary teams and managed large-scale design and construction initiatives for companies including Starbucks, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield. His expertise spans architecture, design standards development, construction administration, client leadership, and portfolio management, with a strong focus on translating brand vision into high-quality built environments. Eric is a registered architect in Washington, Arizona, and Texas.
